Neci Beauty Return Policy

You can request a return only when the item meets all conditions below.
• The item is unused.
• The item is sealed in the original packaging.
• The item shows no tampering.
• You submit the request within 7 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return
These items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Opened lash clusters.
• Opened bond and seal glue.
• Opened remover.
• Opened tweezers.
• Opened lash trays.
• Any product with a broken seal.
• Any product that has been worn or tested.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.
• Include your order number.
• Include photos that show the issue.
We will review the claim and can provide a replacement or store credit when approved.

Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Processing time is 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for cosmetic products.
